Preamble
We are the quiet voice in the night that beckons men to achieve great deeds. As the Dawn approaches, good men rise to the challenges of our times. At sunrise, they may join together in jubilation for the fruition of past deeds. At sunset, they stand vigilant against the approaching darkness, and through the night they ensure the Dawn will come again. The time has now come for all men to rise together and propogate the greatest deeds of all time. It is a time of heroes, a time of great courage, and a time for action. We hereby bind ourselves and our destinies for the highest purposes of all time. May the blessed Dawn always shine on the crowns of the righteous.

Structure of the Guild
The guild is divided into a structural hierarchy, with three circles of achievement.
  1. The First Circle consists of Prince (guildmasters) and Dawnlord (officers).
  2. The Second Circle consists of Grand Templar (senior members) and Templar (established members).
  3. The Third Circle consists of Cavalier (standard members), Squire (new members), and Recruit (newest members).

The First Circle, or Inner Circle contains the decision-making portion of the guild. The Princes make decisions, while the Dawnlords act as close advisors to and executors for the Princes. The Second Circle, or Circle of Templars enforce the will of the Inner Circle. The Third Circle represents the whole of the guild, and is much larger than the other two circles.

Institutions of the Guild
Upon amendment, this article of the charter will be made to include guild institutions.

Guild Activities and Events
This article of the charter shows important dates of the guild.
  1. Annual Events
    1. Twitch's Birthday - This day is celebrated on May 9th each year.
    2. The Great Vigil - This day is celebrated on the third Monday in May each year. This date is to celebrate our entrance into Hyboria as a unified guild. All those who can participate are urged to come and hold an all-night vigil (starting around midnight until sunrise Tuesday morning) in respect to our founding creed, "...to guard the Dawn against the night."
    3. Crimmor's Birthday - This day is celebrated on November 30th each year.
  2. Monthy Events
    1. Crimmor's Vigil - On the first Tuesday night of every month, Crimmor will hold a guild-wide event of his choosing beginning after midnight unless otherwise noted or announced.
